Hi! I’m an interaction designer at The Washington Post where I work with teams across the newsroom to create engaging, digital story presentations. I’ve worked on topics ranging from New Wave Feminism and Pope Francis’ words, to places to cool off near Metro and the n-word’s place in American vernacular. I love experimenting with alternative story forms and learning from readers as they consume the stories my team builds.

I also volunteer as the design manager for SNDMakes, a boutique design prototyping event hosted quarterly by the Society for News Design. The next event is in SF. Join us!

Apart from design, I love yoga, baking, art museums and speaking Spanish. You can find me on Twitter and Pinterest (and other social media that I rarely use).
